Loffie Eloff has announced a squad of 30 guys to take to Durban on Wednesday for a warm-up match against the Sharks.

I wonder if he realises he can only have 15 on the park at any one time? Jokes aside, it’s a strong looking squad, that contains former Wilderness-man Roland Bernard, who is seemingly back in favour in Joburg after being mostly on the fringes the last few years.

The team will have their work cut out for them. I have seen the team the Sharks are likely to name and it’s a strong one!

    Only concerns:
    Strydom/Dusty/Molefe
    And if Doppies plays like he did last year….he def should be on that list…we need him in the form he was in ’06 CC (esp both games vs WP and the 1 vs Bulls)…

  • Glad Bernard is back…

    He outplayed the Lions for the Sharks a few years ago….
    And he then did great in the ’06 CC off the bednch (most steals/min than any other player)…
    Remember the tight game against the Sharks where he stole 3 balls in the last 5 min….
