Pierre Spies will wear the Vodacom Bulls’ number 8-jersey when they run out against the Blues in Auckland on Saturday.
Spies, who was on the sidelines for a number of months due to a blood ailment, will play in a loose trio with Wikus van Heerden and Pedrie Wannenburg.
The BBRU reports that Wannenburg moves to flank in the place of Deon Stegmann and Bakkies Botha will again form a formidable second row combination with Danie Rossouw.
Zane Kirchner has served his two match suspension and will again be wearing the number 15-jumper while Morné Steyn will be one of two backline reserves on the bench.
Frans Ludeke has opted for two loose forwards in Stegmann and Dewald Potgieter among his five two bench while Werner Kruger, who is able to play left and right, will be the only prop among the reserves.
