  • Ironinc that a lot of the guys playing for Boland will actually be playing for griffons next year.

    I mean they ain’t gonna make the Cheetah side so will be loaned to the Griffons. :wink:

  • @KSA Shark © (Comment 25) : yeh I think it’s cos that’s how it happened for the Province/Lions game. They only needed half the points difference but that was because the PD was affected by more than just the opposing teams if that makes sense. So the comms have it wrong.

  • Quite a few wp boys and indeed springboks played for the griffons, the best known probably being no other than the northern suburbs favourite son, neil de kock, who joined the griffons when 12 members of the ‘jongspan’ of maties signed with the nfs side.
