The Boks visit Murray field today in the hope of going two from two on tour.
The Scots last managed a win over the Springboks in 2002. The tour of the UK in 2002 was also the infamous tour where we lost 3 – 53 to England a week later. The Springboks came home from that tour with their tails between their legs having lost all three matches.
This year however there is very little chance of that happening again. The Springboks of Pieter De Villiers are a very different side to the one that Rudolph Streauli took on tour in 2002.
Point of interest: Bok Captain John Smit will equal Os du Randt’s record of 80 caps as a Springbok forward when takes to the field today.
KSA Prediction: The Springboks will win this match comforably by 20 points or more and Bryan Habana will be on the score sheet.
