Hooker Willie Wepener and flank Todd Clever get a break when the Lions play the Western Force in their final Super 14 tour match in Perth on Friday.
Hans van Dyk comes in for Wepener in the No.2 jersey, and Clever’s place is taken by Robert Kruger.
Rugby 365 reports that both Wepener and Clever will be on the replacement bench.

The 23-year-old prop, Van der Merwe, injured his knee in the team’s impressive 31-20 win over the Reds last weekend. He will undergo surgery back in South Africa and have been ruled out for up to four months – ruling the one-time Springbok out of contention for the British and Irish Lions tour to South Africa.
Those are the only changes Lions coach Eugene Eloff made to the team that beat the Reds last weekend.
The team remains without injured captains Cobus Grobbelaar and Jaque Fourie, both who have returned home already.
