Olivier back in the S14

Former Western Province and Stormers flyhalf Naas Olivier, who now plays his rugby for Griquas and scored a record 42 points in a Vodacom Cup match against the Griffons last weekend, is back in Super 14 rugby.

Olivier replaces injured flyhalf Jacques-Louis Potgieter for the Cheetahs’ match against the Crusaders in Bloemfontein on Saturday.

Potgieter seems to be out for the rest of the season. He had an operation on his finger on Monday.

The Cheetahs team is:

Hennie Daniller; Danwel Demas, Corne Uys, Meyer Bosman, Jongi Nokwe; Naas Olivier, Tewis de Bruyn; Hendro Scholtz, Juan Smith (capt.), Heinrich Brüssow, David de Villiers, Wayne van Heerden, Kobus Calldo, Adriaan Strauss, Wian du Preez.
Replacements: Richardt Strauss, Bees Roux, Nico Breedt, Kabamba Floors, Sarel Pretorius, Piet van Zyl, Fabian Juries.
