The Crusaders, hot off their success in Durban travel to Bloemfontein to meet the Cheetahs.

The Cheetahs have gained a reputation as giant killers this season. Although that is giant killers and I suspect that killing two giants is not something they are capable of.

Will the Cheetahs kill a 2nd giant?

Or will the Crusaders not be high enough on the log for the Cheetahs to consider it worthwhile picking up their game?

  • I’m reevaluating my draw Bulls-Chiefs theory. If we want to finish top they can’t get any points out of this game. They have the Stormers at Newlands next week and I think we can trust our Mountain Goat cousins not to get a win to help us. Then Chiefs have Canes and Brumbies at home which they’ll likely win. Bulls win by more than 7 but less than 4 tries.

  • Canes are looking dangerous at the moment. This seasons Super 14 has been so unpredictable. I mean we have lost to the Reds and the Cheetahs. Reds beat the Blues today, CHeetahs beat the Crusaders.

Who would have predicted all these results?

Bulls need to smash Chiefs today. Even if we have to play Bulls at Loftus in semi’s…that will be an easier proposition than having to travel to NZ!!
