Wallabies winger Peter Hynes has been injected into a buoyant Queensland Reds team for the Super 14 clash with the ACT Brumbies at Suncorp Stadium on Saturday night.

The AAP reports that Hynes came in for injured rookie Luke Morahan in the only change to the side following their surprise 31-24 last round away win over the Blues.

While Hynes is finally over a knee complaint, Morahan’s season is over after suffering a dislocated shoulder.

Reds coach Phil Mooney has named Quade Cooper at five-eighth and Berrick Barnes at inside centre despite the pair swapping the roles in the inspired win over the Blues.

Queensland Reds: Mark McLinden, Peter Hynes, Digby Ioane, Berrick Barnes, Brando Va’aulu, Quade Cooper, Will Genia, Ezra Taylor, Poutasi Luafutu, Hugh McMeniman, James Horwill, Van Humphries, Laurie Weeks, Sean Hardman, Greg Holmes.
Reserves: Saia Faingaa, Jack Kennedy, Adam Byrnes, Scott Higginbotham, Ben Lucas, Charlie Fetoai, Anthony Faingaa.
