Frans Steyn on French list of Transfers

L’Equipe lists the transfers  at the top of French rugby and confirms that François Steyn is heading for Racing-Mètro who have recently won promotion from Pro D2 to the Top 14.

Rugby 365 reports There are amany movements already conformed. French clubs have benefitted mostly from English clubs.

These are certainly not final but the current list which L’Equipe has published since the opening of transfers on 15 May 2009.
