Sharks always had the talent, Plum is not new to the setup or the players and they were successful with him in a lesser capacity, so to Bashford.

But they look a ragged bunch of individuals who lack a good culture.

A phrase in Smit’s book on how some senior okes like Ollie treated him when he was a junior springs to mind where there are cliques rather than team efforts.
