Kick off is at 8:35 South African time, on Saturday. The “House of Pain” will host a Sharks side so desperate for a win that if they fail this weekend we could see wholesale changes next week, in order to give the whole squad some game time.
The Sharks are a side that when gets things together can beat anybody they choose. We have all tried to figure out what the problems are; but enough talk, The Sharks are a brilliant professional side that needs to start delivering and producing after all the time and effort spent to build a side with as many as 15 international players.
The Sharks side should look very similar to last weeks considering that consistantcy is better than not having any.
Our side should have a better Goal kicker in Goode, Bigger and faster loose forwards, a lock pairing that have a large amount of games together and a very talented scrummie with something to prove. Stef will also want to pick up his form this week. Not to mention a really quality bench with The Crash ball king in Deysel, and a scrummie that can really change games in Rory and a Tighthead that can actually scrum someone in Herbst. Also our lineouts were pretty solid last week. Should help us build a good platform for the backs.
The Highlanders side will have a good scrum and thats about it. They have problems with suspended players and injury to Cowan to sort out this week. Should make it difficult for them. The biggest factor should be jetlag for The Highlanders.
All in All as “Letgo” has said already the Sharks should really not lose this game. Looking at the Highlanders side(probable side) they should beat them comfortably if weather stays fair. If The Sharks do lose i might have a mental breakdown; it just won’t make sense to me and the only conclusion will be that there is something seriously wrong in the camp. But i don’t believe so, i believe in this squad and believe they can bring the goods, but at the end of the day, (Naas comment) it is up to the team to keep training hard and leaving it all on the field.
Sharks to win by at least 8 or so. Sharks 4 Life!Tweet
