The Western Force travel to Auckland with a new lease of life after having won their last two matches.

After being winless until the week before last and now having won two matches on the trot, the Western Force will have their tails up. Sharks fans will certainly be supporting them this morning. A win by the Force improves the Sharks’ chances of moving higher up the log.

The Blues will be smarting from their defeat at the hands of the Stormers after seeing off the Bulls convincingly the week before.

  • This result will pretty much put the Sharks out of the running. The Blues face us, the Lions and Cheetahs to finish so even if we beat them, they’ll finish ahead of us.

  • @klempie (Comment 2) : I stand corrected. They face the Chiefs at the end as well so we’ll be wanting the Chiefs to go down to someone else at some point.
