Boric stays at home

All Blacks lock Anthony Boric remained at home to recover from an ankle injury when the Blues flew to South Africa for their three-match tour.

Boric did not play in the Blues 38-17 win over the Force on Saturday and has been replaced in the 26-man travelling group by Andrew van der Heijden.

The Blues, now seventh on the log, play the Sharks in Durban on Saturday and then against the Cheetahs in Bloemfontein on May 1 and the Lions in Johannesburg on May 8.

They return home to play aginst the Chiefs at home in Auckland in the final round of the competition.

  • Filo Paulo is a player i know very little about…..but has really caught the eye in recent weeks. One for Sharks fans to look out for on the weekend ! :cool:
