The claim of alleged misconduct against Springbok coach Peter de Villiers has been dismissed. SANZAR Judicial Officer Jannie Lubbe announced his judgement and found that on the balance of probability, Div had NOT breached the SANZAR code of conduct.
The charge related to comments made by de Villiers on Australia’s Fox Sports Rugby club programme on 21st July.
Lubbe stated that the Bok coach never mentioned or referred to referees or match fixing.
Now that this matter has been resolved can we please get back to the rugby??

Oh happy days..
@Richard Ferguson (Comment 1) :
Div apparently promised SARU that in future he wont make any remarks about officials/referees.
Let’s see how long that one lasts!!
Predictable result. What a waste of time.
Now at least PDivvy can concentrate on the rugga.
A South African judge, interesting… Whatever the outcome I hope P.Pivvy can rap about rugby, pure rugby…
Example:
Fox Sports: What do you feel happened out there coach?
Divvy: They were more aggressive at the contact point, their counter rucking was effective – we were shown up there, we will need to improve…
Rugby questions and rugby answers, not bizzaro stuff PLEASE!
Woot woot
i thought so much gee these guys really lv and respect the coach
What a friggin’ joke!
All this is going to do, is tell Snor that he can get away with more shit in the future. Expect an increase in the levels of inanity over the coming months.
Wonder how Jake White feels about this let off . . .
