South Africa take on India in a once off T20 match at the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban. Johan Botha is the captain for all T20 matches for South Africa and will lead the boys.

Graeme Smith and Jacques Kallis will be both miss out in this match, with King Kallis getting a deserved break after single handedly saving our arses in the tests.

As soon as the teams are announced I will update the thread. Lets enjoy this spectacle created to say goodbye to Makhaya Ntini.

  • @Richard Ferguson (KCM) (Comment 1) : and he is going to need our pity. He will probably be the most expensive bowler in the match.

He is a little old now and doesn’t have the pace for such a high intensity game.

That said if he tells himself that he only has to bowl 4 overs and can therefor put EVERYTHING into it. He may just bowl 4 great overs.

Now that is serious money for this kinda game. So some do take it very serious. I am sure Van Wyk will want one of the IPL teams to buy him for their tourney. Plenty, plenty money in that tourney.

Anyhow looking forward to the odi’s. Start on Wed. Our full team should play so we should be a lot better. Also here at Kingsmead. So just hoping we win that toss. Most teams who bat first win at Kingsmead in a day/nighter.

Now out of here. Cheers buddy. Catch up tomorrow.
