CWC: Finally the Poms go home

Excuse the heading, but I really cannot wait for this England (read South African B team) to go home. Yes they have been involved in most of the thrilling and close games this tournament, but that does not mean they are worthy to be in the quarter finals.

Let’s hope Sri Lanka get the memo today and boot them back on the first plane, otherwise an England semi final for the Black Caps will be on the cards.

  • Good start for Andrew Strauss, England have won the toss and will bat with an unchanged team. The stats for this ground show batting first is a huge advantage.
