It’s Sunday morning, yes there is rugby on, yes it Super Rugby, but I cannot promise that it will be all that super. The Force host the Rebels in what should be an exciting match…. Who am I kidding? If you are reading this, either go get back in bed, or make your wife breakfast and score some brownie points.

LMS after this round.
175 teams entered the game:
8 still alive with a lifeline.
13 still alive with no lifeline.
154 out of the game.
@JarsonX (Comment 40) :
Thanks for dying dude, you saved me from what could have been some potential conflict.
You were WAYYYYY ahead of the others timestamp wise and I’m not sure if you were aware of the tiebreak steps. I would have hated for you to reach the final round and realise someone with a timestamp way worse than your was ahead of you in the tie break.
9. Should the pool stages of the competition be completed and more than one player is still standing then a tie break will be used to decide the winner. As a first step, any player who has lost a lifeline will be eliminated from contention. After that, a time stamp will be assigned to each pick made, recording the elapsed time from the round being opened to the selection being made. The timestamp for the first pick (Round 1) will NOT be counted This elapsed time will be totalled each week and at the end of the tournament the smallest elapsed time will be used as the tie break to determine the winner.
Obviously if all the players have lost lifelines (are orange) then one of them will be the winner.
@KSA Shark © (Comment 43) : My timestamps are awful. I think I have about a months worth of time
@lostfish (Comment 44) : I am on 636 seconds.
The order in which they are listed on the left panel of the site is the timestamp order. I am the highest up the list.
Of little use ‘coz I am not allowed to win anyway.
@KSA Shark © (Comment 45) : you open the rounds don’t you? Sometimes I forget to pick and other times I wait for the teams to be announced. Not the best strategy in a game where time is the main determining factor.
@KSA Shark © (Comment 43) : If I was the only player that have lost a lifeline left standing at the end then I wouldve have lost out anyways, but if all the guys have lost their lifelines than I wouldve won because of the better timestamp. Right?
I still last 10 more rounds than last year, at least thats a positive
@Franshark (Comment 48) : The powers that be probably thought I wont look good in Oakleys
@JarsonX (Comment 49) : I’m now trying to get a pair for my B-day… Easier than winning LMS
@Franshark (Comment 50) : I got a pair of oakleys last year from my hubby but a girl can never have too many pairs of sunglasses
@lostfish (Comment 46) : Yes I do.
As a matter of interest over all these rounds I had only managed to gain about 4minutes on Jarson. Talk about dedication, he must have been sitting at the PC hitting refresh every few seconds to see if the round was open. even when the round only opened an hour after the game finished or when the round opened immediately.
Would have been a worthy winner.
@JarsonX (Comment 47) : 100% correct yes. You would have walked away with it by a country mile.
@Franshark (Comment 50) : What could be easier than picking one winning team from 7 games each week?
@lostfish (Comment 51) : I have a pair and can’t wear them, the bridge of my nose is to high so the glasses only come down about 75% of the distance they should, leaving it looking a little ridiculous. I now wear Rudyprojects.

My new pair will be arriving tomorrow.
(with that colour they will ONLY be for riding and running though, NOT general wear
)

@KSA Shark © (Comment 55) : You can always mail them to me
@KSA Shark © (Comment 52) : That is dedication…
@KSA Shark © (Comment 55) : Those are a rather bright pair. I have tried other sunglasses but always seem to go back to Oakley. Arnettes are pretty good too.
I actually have a pair of Police sunglasses, but they are old, got them around 11 to 12 years ago.
