Saturday at 5pm we will play the Cheetahs. We don’t know how many log points we’ll need yet, but can assume that yet another thriller where the Sharks will  have to take maximum points from the game to make the play-offs will be needed, so lets get to the Stadium to support the boys. They need us now to give them one more push, before they can go all out in their final three games.

Tickets to the game are being sold at half price, R90 for 2 tickets. There’s no reason not to get to the game. Our boys may not have had the best season, but they fought hard to get to this point and it’s up to us to give them that boost they need to get through this final stretch.

Sharks captain Keegan Daniel emphasised today the importance of having the fans’ support in this must-win game, “Having The Shark Tank packed with fans dressed out in their black and white gear would be awesome to see. We know this match is a big challenge and to hear a massive crowd behind us, cheering us on just like last weekend, only pushes us harder.

“Winning this match is extremely important to us and we want to go out there to play entertaining
rugby too, which hopefully our fans have enjoyed this year.  I am proud of where this team has got to and how the younger players have done so well, but we don’t want to stop there. Hopefully we can give our supporters more to cheer about come Saturday.”

Tickets are on sale through The Sharks Ticket Office, situated on Isaiah Ntshangase Road, or they can be purchased via Computicket (selling two tickets for R45 each; please note booking fees may apply).

We need to help the guys through this last stretch. We need to get out there in numbers. We need  a big win against the Cheetahs and then…

Only 3 more games.

Go Sharks!
