  • Halftime Cheetahs had a 34-10 lead. The game ends in a 43 all draw

  • @KILLER SHARK (Comment 6) : Think to draw with the Champions in relation to their previous matches is a step up. So a comment like that makes you look exactly like a w@nker! What a tosser!

  • No way we can trust Straus with Springbok captaincy after this poor leadership display.

  • @KILLER SHARK (Comment 10) : Think you better rather shut it! Better to let people think you sour tosser, rather than comment and prove them right. It was a great game, with 4 tries either side.

  • In all honesty, how many people expected the Cheetahs to win, let alone draw after the displays they dished up. So shelve your snotty remarks, and rather give credit for a much improved performance by the Cheetahs.

  • @KingCheetah (Comment 12) : hahaha I can understand your frustration. I also understand why you won’t spend money to be at the game. Sorry but your team rolled over and opened up to their masters. Sorry man!!

  • Nope, stay a bit far from Bloem, would have loved to have been there. Still think the Cheetahs showed a much improved performance than what they dished up overseas.

  • @KingCheetah (Comment 13) : It was a great game, which should have gone down as one of the famous Cheetahs wins, but your side pissed it away. Especially the strategy with 30 seconds to go was so idiotic that I wanted to chuck something at the screen out of frustration!

It’s quite obvious, though, why the Chiefs are two time champs.

  • Well I can’t actually grasp the reason for your uncalled for remark, saying the Cheetahs played like w@nkers! Chiefs are a good side, and never give up. Rather than being bitter, I accept that my team has been poor, and that this was way better. The Chiefs really turned it on in the second half. I am bitterly disappointed in the draw, but it was way better than the shyte the Cheetahs produced on tour. So in the context of that your remark was in poor taste. Sorry, but that is the way I see it.

  • @KingCheetah (Comment 20) : Mate be realistic, the Cheetahs have been SHIT all season. This game was lost by the Chiefs, they played crap rugby until the end, the Cheetahs hardly played well at all. Yes the result is better then what they have been, but the rugby wasn’t.

  • @Seth101 (Comment 21) : Guess everyone is entitled to their opinions, but his remark was over the top. The Cheetahs have been shit, but this was much better. No team has put 4 tries past the Chiefs this season. After being hammered by the Hurricanes, few expected a win, never mind a draw. We will wait and see how the mighty Sharks play against the Chiefs then.

  • @KingCheetah (Comment 22) : I will be happy to take a draw off them, considering we will be playing them in the middle of a tough tour, not at home……

  • Imho the Cheetahs played pretty good in the 1st half. But then they did what the Bulls and Even the Sharks do, go to sleep In the 2nd.

You can not build a decent lead and then think the game is already won. This is a mental issue, that killer instinct is missing.

When the Cheetahs scored the bonus try in the 1st half already I got this feeling that the 2nd will belong to the Chiefs although I thought that the Cheetahs will still pull through. They were 4 scores up ffs. We in SA should learn that a game last for 80mins.

  • @BR (Comment 23) : That may be, but then they had the short end of referee decisions on tour as well. So it’s swings and roundabouts.

  • @Son Of Mayhem (Comment 26) : yes must agree SA teams tend to stop playing once they think they’ve got the game won, tbey should learn that you never stop playing if you have your opponents down you keep them down you never give your opponents a chance to get momentum! !!!
