Well well well 0 guess who got all four winners right in Round 1? Let’s see if I can do the same this time around.

Cell C Sharks v Steval Pumas – Friday at 19h10

While the Pumas are a tricky prospect at home, it remains to be seen whether they have enough in their tank to roll the Sharks in Durban. While the durbanites were a little rusty last week, they looked dangerous all the same and should hopefully have a little too much firepower for their visitors. Sharks to win by 8 points.

A pretty early start on Saturday in order to accommodate the test match. This one is simple to call. Province are going to walk it by 12 points or more.

Xerox Golden Lions v EP Kings – Saturday at 14h30

Another easy one. The Kings were disappointing last week, the Lions great. The loss of Marnitz Boshoff will be telling, but it will still be a big home win. Lions by 15 or more.

Toyota Free State Cheetahs v GWK Griquas – Saturday at 15h00

A tough one to call, since we’ve gone with straightforward home wins in the other three games. I reckon there has to be at least one away winner this week, which is why I’m backing Griquas to prevail by around 3 points.

Toyota Free State Cheetahs: 15. AJ Coertzen, 14. Rayno Benjamin, 13. Francois Venter, 12. Joubert Engelbrecht, 11. Raymond Rhule, 10. Elgar Watts, 9. Sarel Pretorius, 8. Boom Prinsloo, 7. Jean Cook, 6. Tienie Burger, 5. Francois Uys, 4. Carl Wegner, 3. Luan De Bruin, 2. Torsten van Jaarsveld (Captain), 1. Kevin Stevens
Replacements: 16. AJ Le Roux, 17. Rudolph Botha, 18. Neil Claassen, 19. Waltie Vermeulen, 20. Shaun Venter, 21. Willie du Plessis, 22. JP du Plessis
