I rate him below Stephan Brink untill he proves me wrong . . .

Was it the Great Ian Mac who said ” Defence win Matches”?

I don’t care how quick you are, you could be Christian Cullen Re-Incarnated for all I care, if you can’t defend, stay out of My Team!

  • @byron (Comment 119) : Sharks scrum in turbo reverse, FS totally dominating and then the scrum collapses. Penalty try is given if a team’s illegal action causes a likely try to be prevented. Nothing to do with repeat offenders. If that call was made against a dominant Sharks scrum I would have been livid. However we have had calls go against us and for us – so I am happy for that one.

The 9 (21jersey) Nohamba looks quality in the games ive seen him play- and is still a youngster in grade 11. the 4 lock JJ Van Der Mescht has always been a big guy but i see he is adding pace and ball skills to his game. Big game for these boys against a quality WP side on Wednesday

  • Interesting point i saw on another forum- the WP craven week side is a strong side mainly consisting of players from Paarl Boys High and Paarl Gim…but both schools are actually situated in the Boland area so why arent those players playing for Boland and not WP??
