Let’s assume, for just a second, that we all (well, most of us) get our wish and the Sharks enter the 2014 Super Rugby season with a new coaching team in charge of the side. My view is that while moves to establish that coaching team do need to start as quickly as possible, it’s probably better if it’s not done as a rush job, rather that the appropriate time is spent ensuring that the right people, with the right credentials, are involved.
