Jarre its again that time where we can go to Newlands and go on mal.Sitting here now i mos realise how much i missed that moerse matchbox under the mountain.
I did just decide to slat a braai by the joints to watch the joints when XTL sent me a message saying i must go on the mxit ,i did go on and she did wys me that she organised two tickets to watch the Stormers vs the Bulle (shes mos Bulls fan)MY BRU i told her im going to give her a vet soentjie when i see her again but she wysed i must slow my roll because i lost my teeth the other night outside Status in Retreat and she dont get bymekaar with a pap bek.
I wysed her safe and went to go lam on the stoep and think about how lekka its going to be on match day,all the atmospheer inside and outside the stadium, then i soema got to thinking of all the other times i was there, like the one time WP was playing Vrystaat i did write a letter to the Ig from the site called OKE of something like that, it must have been woelag because that dude wysed me i must get my tickets outside Newlands, i got a helluva skrik when this 10 meter tall bru rock up with tickets, i wysed Ig shot and tried to run away but he wysed his name was Stew, im did think to myself “Stew,that is mos what you eat,versinne name that” but check let me maar carry on running this jong kan draai my kop om lag lag.I had to chise me a beer at Springboks first anyway.
That was vrek mad.
I started thinking how lekka it is to take the waantjie to Newlands station,get there lekka early and chill by Springboks for a lekka tydjie, and then take the trap towards the stadium, they even had Teasers girls doing a promo one time, i almost didnt make it to the game, by now a man checked his pockets sieker 500 times to make sure the tickets are still there.One last stop by Koelsum for a masala steak pita and then we are good to go.
I can hear the mense now “Here we go stormers, here we go” i smaak shouting that, if it go wild then i soema gooi a apache there on the stands.Or that other one “Stamp dai bourre lam,stamp dai bourre lam, wie her vir julle gesê om in die Stormers ….” yoh yoh yoh cant it be Saturday already.
That feeling you get when you come out the stairwell and stiekuit on the stands gets me everytime it is one of the most duidelike feelings ever and i dont think i will get naar of it.

Its stuff like that that makes mense go to Newlands year in and year out, the small stuff that the other brasse dont understand,they permy ask why you waste your time going there,watch at home.They will never understand.
WP/Stormers is my team and nobody kan wys me otherwise, XTL can maar try,shes supporting the enemy she can tiep outside, its that time of the year.
So me, XTL, Tank the Sharks supporter and Spoeky are going to make the trip and experience a special kind of magic.
If im not still having a jol on Monday ill wys you how it went down.

look, it’s by no means completely impossible… just want you to know upfront it’s pretty unlikely that we’d be able to do that timeframe. Which is a pity, because I love Cape Town and I love weddings.

The problem with us is that we’d like to get hitched before our visas run out in Feb next year as it’ll make the reapplication process very much easier.
But we also dont want to do it in December as its so farking expensive to fly back then.
And before December is impractical and a little too soon for me…
