mostly the analysis i do, when i need to do it, is SEM, microprobe, XRF, XRD etc. Not much online stuff though cos everything gets eaten in the furnaces.
had a quick browse through the “get to know everyone” thread yesterday, bloody interesting the diversity of people on this site, i love it. gonna take a proper read through it soon though, cos i didn’t have time to really pay attention yesterday.

Work with physical property analysis. (CFPP, Pour Point, Freeze point, Viscosity, Density, RVP etc.) and also do a lot of work with XRF (just commissioned an online one in Yanbu a few months back).
Also done lots of work on GC (ABB my favourite). and FTIR. strangely enough things have always conspired against me and I have almost NO Mass Spec or UV experience.

SHarks played good knockout rugby – secure the game early as possible, and then dictate the pace and territory.
The Lions didn’t seem to realise that the territory game was playing into our hands – they needed to attack us and look to force errors.
Kanko was generally very good, while I think the whole team was pretty good really.
Must agree that the officiating wasn’t great.
