Cheetahs flyer Jonge Nokwe returns to the Cheetahs line-up for their Super 14 pre-season friendly against the Bulls on Friday.

The Springbok speedster missed the Central franchise’s opening warm-up game last week with an ankle injury but has since returned to training and have been declared fit to face the Bulls.

Nokwe’s inclusion is a major boost for the Cheetahs backline that impressed in the 57-7 demolition of Griquas, with wing Danwell Demas and centre Corné Uys scoring a brace apiece in the match.
