“Winners day” kicks off with the Crusaders taking on the Brumbies.
After today there will be 4 undefeated teams in this year’s Super14.
Both teams come off narrow victories last week and will hope to continue on their winning ways.
The Crusaders do not have home ground advantage this week, but that has seldom stopped them before.
The Brumbies have named a bench of 9 players and will only finalise which two will be omitted shortly before kick-off.

18 Casey Laulala Try – Laulala scores his third try of the season, by intercepting a wayward pass from Smith in his 22.
16 Mark Gerrard Penalty – The Brumbies steal a Crusaders lineout in the latter’s 22 and attack well, with Smith keeping them busy. The Crusaders is caught off side and Gerrard level the scores with a penalty.
15 Christian Lealiifano Missed Drop Goal
14 The Brumbies win a turnover in their 22 through Smith and Gerrard sends the ball down field.
12 Smith is blown for off side at the ruck and Slade finds a good touch finder driving the Brumbies back into their half.
9 The Brumbies find themselves in the 22 of the Crusaders with Sheperdson, Fainifo setting up a number of phases, the Crusaders defend well, and turnover the ball but is blown for knocking on.
7 Colin Slade Penalty – Slade scores the first points of the match with a successful penalty goal.
6 The Brumbies is blown for collapsing the scrum and the Crusaders opts to go for the posts.

33 Christian Lealiifano Try – The Brumbies suck in the Crusaders defence and Lealliifano, rounds off a large number of phases as he is sent away by Smith to score in the corner.
31 Ellis kicks the ball out directly and the Brumbies win the lineout they work it through to the backline and Rathbone makes, a good couple of yards but lose the ball forward in the tackle.
29 Mortlock finds a perfect touch finder five metres from the Crusaders goaline and the Brumbies are back in the Crusaders 22.
25 The Brumbies advance to the Crusaders by choosing the scrum after Franks was blown for being infront of the kicker.
23 Rathbone fumbles a kick by Ellis from the base and Ross wins the lineout for the Crusaders.

From the scrum its a full arm penalty to the Brumbies which the decide to kick for touch, to the delight of the home fans. They attack inside the 22 meter area and gain the free kick, taken quickly and are only meter short of the line, they send it to the left and knock it on. the Crusaders kick it down field and the Brumbies attack though Mark Gerrard who chips ahead, the Crusaders knock the ball on and the Brumbies win the scrum.

It gets flung wide from the set piece and knock on, the Crusaders attack down field, Adam Ashley-Cooper is able to win the ball back for the Brumbies and Christian Lealiifano kicks it back into the Crusaders half.
