Both the Cheetahs and the Chiefs travel to Kimberley this week.
The Cheetahs named unchanged side from the one that beat the Sharks last week, but were forced to make a late change yesterday with the inclusion of Lucas Floors for the injured Hendro Scholtz.
Will the Chiefs learn from the Sharks’ mistakes?

@KSA Shark © (Comment 9) :
Cheetahs win the scrum but Juan Smith drives into his own player.
PK Chiefs.
@KSA Shark © (Comment 8) : I’m busy dubbing the Sharks v Lions game to DVD to make space on the hard disk recorder for the next game.
Cheetahs looking a lot better than the stats show.
@klempie (Comment 11) :
Cool.
Chiefs 12 Phases now and then knock it on. 😳
33 tackles to 7 The Cheetahs lead after 26min. 😯
Donald loses the ball forward in the pass and it robs them of a try.
@KSA Shark © (Comment 15) : Kimberley’s not that high up either so we can’t rely on altitude. Maybe the heat will stuff them.
Bob Skinstad has it spot on, “The Cheetahs are hanging on by their fingernails”
@klempie (Comment 17) :
We can only hope, But the heat can only stuff them if they are made to do work, at the moment they do not need to defend at all.
Turnover conceded
Cheetahs 2
Chiefs 5
De Malmanche subbed off injured.
possesion after 30min

@KSA Shark © (Comment 19) : Hmmm. Seems I was wrong. Kimberley is 1.2km up. Maybe the Tahs can come back in the second half.

Cheetahs 7 – 3 Chiefs
35min
@klempie (Comment 24) : 😯
Nokwe pushed out 2m out from the Chiefs line.
😆 Bob seems to have been hanging out with either Mexted or Bladen.
“it’s only because Callum bruce was there that Nokwe didn’t score a try” DUH????
OK I’ve got the game back on. And made space for another Sharks game. 😎
@klempie (Comment 29) :

PK Chiefs
Donald going at goal
Over
Cheetahs 7 – 6 Chiefs

Frenetic stuff eh…
Beating the Chiefs is just like the other Kiwi speedster sides… don’t give them any ball and attack attack attack… they get flustered on the back foot…
Twee en twinnig manne in ‘n ruuuugby squad!
@bryce_in_oz (Comment 33) :
If the Cheetahs can keep this tackling up I will be both impressed and amazed
Haha. 34% possession and in the lead. 😆
@klempie (Comment 37) :
Who do they think they are? the Sharks? 😳
@KSA Shark © (Comment 36) :
Here’s hoping they keep the ball in hand and in the Chiefs 22…
@KSA Shark © (Comment 38) : Well what do expect from the Sharks Academy? 😉
@klempie (Comment 40) :
Try Elliot. Shite defense.
Elliot SOFT try!
Has the defence just had enough now? 😕
@KSA Shark © (Comment 43) :
And the hooker sells the Center (bosman) a dummie of NOTE for that try. 😳

Current temp in Kimberley is a piddly 26C. Not helpful.
Juan Smith has left his good game from the 1st half in the locker room it seems. 😕 He has miss tackled Lauaki twice in 3 minutes.
Donald & Bosman both dive on a loose ball in the Cheetahs goal area.
being refered to the TMO.
Come on damn useless Cheetahs…show the same form as last week!! 😡
Meyer Bosman saves a certain try by Donald by getting ball down first. 😯
No try.
22 drop out for the Cheetahs

😎 kette has just finished making pizza bases.
Pizzas need “decorating” now 😎
2nd half territory. 23% to the Cheetahs. 🙄
Donald almost scores again.
PK Cheetahs for McGougan using the boot.
McGougan penalised for stamping so Cheetahs get to clear.
@klempie (Comment 57) :
At half time Hendro Schotlz said it was the wind and they would be playing in the Chiefs half of the field in the 2nd half. 🙂
60 min
Cheetahs 7 – 13 Chiefs
@KSA Shark © (Comment 60) : Saw that. 😛
If Bladen says ‘the wind has swirled a bit” or “the wind is swirling a bit” I will get a “Nuggety” scrumhalf somewhere to spill some of his “claret”. 👿
Come on Cheetahs!! Get through thereQ!!
8 phases by the Cheetahs now.
5m out
OH FFS!!! Cheetahs knock it on in the ruck 1m from the line. Assholes!!

TRY Chiefs.
Pathetic Cheetahs!!
HOW THE HELL IS THAT NOT IN TOUCH!??
@klempie (Comment 76) : Because it’s not.
VERY poor call from the TJ!!
Shouldn’t have been a try but even if it was refered to the TMO he would not have been allowed to comment on the feet in touch. 🙁
Conversion missed
Cheetahs 10 – 18 Chiefs
71min
@klempie (Comment 77) : I mean because it is. 😳
@KSA Shark © (Comment 79) : Why can’t he comment?
Brussouw Yellow card for slapping the ball down while laying on the ground.
Game over. Cheetahs are effing losers.
@klempie (Comment 81) :
he can only comment on IN GOAL matters now.
Chiefs have got three tries right?
@KSA Shark © (Comment 84) : That is so so shit.

Delaney scores the 3rd try for the Chiefs
Cheetahs defence is SHOCKING> How the heck did this side beat the Sharks?
Okay you useless assholes. Just keep the BP out.
@klempie (Comment 83) :
But they will spend the next 6 years talking about that ONE game they won last week. 😉
When they score the BP try please let it be by Donald please. I need the FL points. 😉
@KSA Shark © (Comment 91) : Dickheads.
Who else are the Chiefs playing in SA?
@KSA Shark © (Comment 84) : Are you sure about that KSA?
FULL TIME
Cheetahs 10 – 28 Chiefs
@klempie (Comment 94) : Bulls and Stormers.
So I have to support the Bulls next week? 🙄
@KSA Shark © (Comment 84) : Is this a global or hybrid ELV?
@klempie (Comment 94) :
it used to be the last phase up to scoring the try, I am sure it has changed. Gimme a sec to check.
log updated
Chiefs go top
Cheetahs go nowehere
The Punters loses his lifeline on LMS
@Villie (Comment 95) :
@klempie (Comment 98) :
Okay no the TMO can still comment on the phase before the try is scored. The PROPOSAL from the ELV meeting a few weeks ago was tht it revert to ingoal only, but it hasn’t reverted yet.
@KSA Shark © (Comment 102) : It’s absolutely ludicrous that anyone suggested only in goal. I mean, if the whole world sees the error except for the onfield refs it just puts the game in disrepute.
@klempie (Comment 103) : just to clarify by “in goal” I mean the act of scoring the try. It means if he steps in touch while scoring then the TMO can rule on it.
