@Hertford Highlander (Comment 11) : Soweto isn’t in Cape Town so I don’t think so π
@Hertford Highlander (Comment 11) : No dude. Cape Town is their support stronghold. π
@Pokkel (Comment 1) : I’m sure you guys will love it – it’s a beatiful stadium π
I will also try to get tickets.
@Hertford Highlander (Comment 11) : I imagine 90 000 Springbok Supporters
@Hertford Highlander (Comment 11) : ehhh – judging by small / tiny / almost non-existant π support for the Crusaders when they played Noulle – I don’t think so .
@Pokkel (Comment 12) : Fools barely differ!
@JarsonX (Comment 15) : will be interesting to see whether they’ll manage to sell out.
@klempie (Comment 10) : Goed kan nie kla nie…net gatvol vir die winter.
@rekinek (Go Podolski!) (Comment 16) : You will have to explain what Nulle means to the poor lad.

@klempie (Comment 20) : i’m sure he will figure it out – it only involves negligable mental exercise π
@klempie (Comment 23) : OOO – is it a moany Friday ?
I have cold π
@Charlie (Comment 24) : once again – if they sell out.
a lot of people spent lost of money on soccer – they may be tendency to stay home in front of tv.
@klempie (Comment 23) : VoΓ«l of Vark ?
@rekinek (Go Podolski!) (Comment 28) : π Let’s see…
@rekinek (Go Podolski!) (Comment 26) : Maar hy praat nie Afrikaans nie so hy sal nie weet wat Nul beteken nie. π
@Charlie (Comment 29) : Sal moet wag om uit te vind. Dis net my keel wat op die oomblik daai “feeling” het.
@klempie (Comment 32) : Dit moet vark wees….
@Pokkel (Comment 12) : @klempie (Comment 13) : @JarsonX (Comment 15) : @rekinek (Go Podolski!) (Comment 16) :
Cape Town…i didn’t know that !
Although the Crusaders are the same team as the All Blacks……the Black jersey does have it’s global fan base especially in places like Soweto i’d imagine !
@Pokkel (Comment 33) : π
@klempie (Comment 31) : Ek praat nie Afrikaans either maar I’m friends with google translate
Are the seats a gross Orange Colour … ?
@Hertford Highlander (Comment 37) : yip – you can have a look on google streetview.
@rekinek (Go Podolski!) (Comment 36) : @Hertford Highlander (Comment 37) : Sorry about the Afrikaans….but every now and again it’s just ‘lekka’ to express in Afrikaans. Afrikaans has some expressions that could just never be translated
@Pokkel (Comment 39) : Like referring to the Bulls as the Nulle. π
@Hertford Highlander (Comment 34) :
So what you’re saying is there are no Highlanders players in the All Blacks squad??
That great team is not represented?? π― π
@klempie (Comment 40) : Ja and my favourite Afrikaans word ‘gatvol’ (my favourite among the ones that are allowed on this site π )
@Pokkel (Comment 39) : π nie ma sprawy.
@rekinek (Go Podolski!) (Comment 43) : HUH?? π―
@wpw (Comment 41) :
Just our Captain Jimmy Cowan….. I don’t think the AB have ever fielded a side without a man from the ‘Deep South’. π
@Hertford Highlander (Comment 45) :
Israel Dagg?? π
@Hertford Highlander (Comment 11) : Soweto loves the Boks, the AB’s prefer playing at Newlands where they have huge support from the local community.
@wpw (Comment 46) : Injured I think
@wpw (Comment 46) : True i didn’t include Adam Thomson either as him and Dagg are Crusaders bound ! IDIOTS π
Just read a pearler of a post:
Growing the game in non-rugby areas is the right thing to do. The Bulls need to take some of their games to Ellis Park.
@MornΓ© (Comment 50) : π π
@MornΓ© (Comment 50) : π π π π
@MornΓ© (Comment 50) :
Someone should post that on WTR. π π

@wpw (Comment 56) : I know!
But I couldn’t think of a better way to right it. π
@klempie (Comment 55) : This is not that kind of site
I wonder how long before Ellis Park is raised to the ground? If the Boks are going to play at Soccer City from now on it doesn’t make sense to keep Ellis Park open.
I would love to go for this game.
Oh no! π Vuvuzela’s coming back to rugby again π π π Keep the vuvuzelas with soccer, it really doesn’t suit rugby!!!
@Hertford Highlander ( Comment 11)
What makes you think the AB’s will be well supported in Soweto ???

@Dalz (Comment 64) : i would like to know the answer to that to π
@Pokkel (Comment 25) : jy moet eendag griep drink (one day flu)can buy it anywhere and it works π
I’ve been in a packed Greenpoint stadium, and the Vuvuzelas were no problem: actually sound much better than on tv.
Don’t really get all the whining about them.
