The Crusaders have named a strong side to face the Waratahs in which will undoubtedly be the match of the weekend. Much hyped All Black centre Sonny Bill Williams will finally be making his Super Rugby debut this weekend.
The match will be played at Trafalgar Park in Nelson after the pitch in Christchurch was damaged following the earthquake that hit the area. The players will also be wearing special jersey that will auctioned to raise funds.
Williams will partner up with Canterbury teammate Robbie Fruean in the midfield to form a 230kg centre combination. We will have to wait and see if the hype surrounding this combo will live up to expectations.

The Crusaders have a draw to catch up points from and they will be starting this weekend.
SBW is going to be fun to watch.

Finally we can see SBW play.

Carter was not up to his usual best against the Blues. No McCaw either. Saders have have only played one game two weeks back. How will that affect them? Tahs are battle hardened already. Then think Saders will want to win this not only for themsleves, but their people in Chch.
Tough call this. So not sure, but think Saders by a few.

My prediction on SB was Waratahs to win and I’m sticking to that.

Crusaders are hurting emotionally..they going to play hard for their home town..this is prob the worst time to play any team who is in a situation like that…

Have a feeling that the sheer willpower and outpouring of sympathy of a few million Kiwis will help to spur the Saders on to victory. Don’t envy the Tahs one bit!
