Another weekend filled with sport is upon us, and if I know my readers like I think I do, we are all after some extra spending money, and here are a few ways in which I think you can make it.

Head on over to for the biggest variety of sporting odds ranging from the first break in play to betting on the amount of tries being scored in a match, and if you are even remotely interested in the Royal Wedding this morning, you can predict the sex of the first born child.

Let’s start with the game tonight, where the Cheetahs take on the Brumbies in Bloemfontein. I have a sneaky feeling the Cheetahs might finally get a win, and if you are brave enough, have a go:

The Cheetahs are 7/10 for the win, which is quite a return for a home team. If you are in favour of the Brumbies winning, then you will be able to get a bigger return in the form of 12/10.

Moving on to tomorrow morning, where we have the Hurricanes taking on the Reds, we have decent value in your return in backing the Reds, with 6/10 getting you a 60% return on any bet. Good value if you consider how utterly terrible the Hurricanes have been playing. If you are looking for even more, take the Reds to win by 5 or more points and get a 90% return.

The big game of the weekend is the Stormers taking on the Sharks in Cape Town, and after all the banter going around, the Stormers are the official bookie’s favourites. If you are a Stormers fan you can get a good 60% return on the win, which is indicative of a strong home team. The Sharks, for all the fans on this site of ours, are a whopping 16/10, and in layman’s terms that’s R260 return for every R100 bet. A pretty good bet in my mind.

For those who fancy some round ball action, I had a look at the weekend fixtures and a few stood out to me. Chelsea take on Tottenham in the London derby where Chelsea are favourites at 5/10, but the draw for me gives the best value at 33/10.

In another big match, Arsenal face Man Utd in a clash of utter importance and should Arsenal be able to take the win, will bunch the field a bit in the Premier League table. Arsenal are just favourites at 16/10 but Man Utd are close behind at 18/10. A very even game but as a Man Utd fan I would say put your money on the Red Devils who will surely win this match.

That’s all folks, if you have any questions relating to gambling or other sporting odds, please just drop me a mail at [email protected] Remember that gambling irresponsibly is stupid and to never gamble with money that you cannot afford to lose.
