The Crusaders have finally found a home at which they will play their home games in SupeRugby in 2012, as the Christchurch City Council has come to a decision.
The 40 000 seat AMI stadium was badly damaged by earthquakes earlier in the year, and any play at the stadium was ruled out. The City Council has decided to spend some money to keep the Crusaders in Christchurch, by upgrading another stadium.
Rugby League Park will be upgraded to accommodate in the region of 18 000 fans, as temporary seating will be erected.

Im happy they have a home..
So when do they plan on fixing the AMI stadium?
@Ben (Comment 2) : have you seen the pitch? It’s major work involved their…think it’s gonna cost too much for now perhaps, as I cannot think that they can use any of the structures – I am sure they must be way unsafe and would need new ones.
