Stormers coach Allister Coetzee has given his youngsters a clear message by asking them to impress him one last time before he finalises his 2012 Super Rugby squad.

Coetzee has come out saying that he will give the youngsters another run against the Cheetahs this weekend before deciding on a 26 man squad to start off the campaign, against the Hurricanes in the opening weekend.

The coach will then make his squad selection before this squad will face the Southern Kings in a final warm up match in Port Elizabeth.

In good news for the Stormers, Andries Bekker, Reinhardt Elstadt and Duane Vermeulen all started training with the rest of the squad on Monday, all three recovering from varying injuries. There is also another new face at the Stormers training ground, Schalk Ferreira. The loosehead was forced to retire from rugby two years ago, but made such a fantastic recovery, that he is back in the mix.

The Stormers face the Cheetahs this weekend and the team to face the Bloemfontein outfit will be selected on Wednesday.
