We see round 4 of Varsity Cup action this evening, with the two televised games being NMMU taking on UCT and Shimlas hosting UJ. The table top clash of Maties vs Tuks will unfortunately not be televised.
NMMU has had a good start to the season, and will be hoping to pick up points against a UCT outfit that has been struggling so far this season, with their first win from three outings last week.
The FNB NMMU team: 15 Gerrit Smith, 14 Mayibuye Ndwandwa, 13 Quinton Crocker (vice-captain), 12 Howard Mnisi, 11 Anton Verster, 10 Martin du Toit, 9 Charlie Purdon, 8 Jaco Swanepoel (captain), 7 AndrΓ© Goosen, 6 Ulrich Pretorius, 5 Mzwanele Zito, 4 Schalk Oelofse, 3 Dexter Fahey, 2 Martin Ferreira, 1 Roy Godfrey.

The second game sees Shimlas take on UJ, a team where a whole host of ex-Sharks players are making name for themselves. Both teams could make some hay on the log as the two teams leading will be taking each other on, with a certain loser falling down the log.
