The 2012 Vodacom Cup gets under way this weekend, with a number of teams already having been named for the first round.

  • Is it just me but do the Cheetahs squad (Super rugby & Vodacom Cup) look very average overall? I mean they have the best rugby factory in the world on thier doorstep but the gap between school and senior level seems to be the problem. I think SARU should start to worry less about the EP Kings and concern themselves more about Shimlas and Free State rugby.

  • WP team looks decent. Didnt Wicus Blaauw player Super rugby a year or 2 ago? Hes fallen out of favour. Good to see Ricky Schroeder back of he bust his leg just before the start of the JWC last year. Also, where is Timo Swiel? Thought he’d be be playing VC rugby this

Gouws and Mjekevu. Queen’s College vs Hoerskool Grens as the curtainraiser, any of you can get a word in with Sharks guys who’ll be in EL,tell them that 9-10 pairing of Queen’s College. I’m definitely going down there
