The Cheetahs have returned home from a successful tour of Australia and New Zealand, and they are straight back into the action as they host the Lions in a match that is the reverse fixture of the opening round game, which the Lions edged.
The Cheetahs have made only one change to their line-up, bringing in Ashley Johnson for Justin Downey, a move that set alight the match against the Hurricanes last weekend, and in the time that Johnson was on the park, the Cheetahs managed to outscore the Canes and win a memorable match.
This should be a rather entertaining match, and a nice ‘curtain raiser’ to the main event, which is the Bulls hosting the Crusaders at Loftus.

Only Naka would have not started AJ from the start of the season. After all, he also couldn’t find a starting spot for Kabamba Floors even when he was a Bok. 🙄
