The in-form All Black and Hurricanes winger, Cory Jane, has been ruled out of the June International test series after an ankle injury has him on the sidelines for six weeks.
This is the second backline player that new All Blacks coach Steve Hanson has lost in two weeks, with Richard Kahui last week ruled out of the three test series against Ireland.
Hanson named only two specialist wings in his training squad, although it was expected that Richard Kahui will play out wide instead of his normal centre position, and it is expected that two wingers will be called up to the squad.
This will no doubt open the door for discarded Crusaders winger Zac Guildford to get back into the team, as well as Hosea Gear, who has been in great form so far this season.

It’s only Ireland. They could use their 3rd string wings and still be okay. 😉
