According to a report on Sport24, English scrumhalf Ben Youngs has been forced out of their tour by the shoulder injury that saw him leave the field in Johannesburg on Saturday – but not before scoring two cracking tries in a performance that stood out as the finest in a white jersey no the day.
Harlequins scrumhalf Karl Dickson has been summoned as a replacement and will probably enjoy some game time against the SA Barbarians (North) this week, with the unrelated Lee Dickson probably a short head in front of Danny Care in the line to replace Youngs in the test side.
The loss of his form number 9, though, will be a bitter pill to swallow for Stuart Lancaster, who will be pinning his hopes on victory in the third test to at least salvage some pride, after losing the series in Johannesburg and Durban.

Youngs was quite good on the night.
@King Shark (Comment 1) : “quite good”….
Mate, put that oke in a Bok jersey and I reckon we would find slightly more convincing adjectives to describe his performance.
Youngs was amazingly good.
That is a big blow for England, he was in amazing form.
Never nice when players are injured, but at least it will even things a bit with a Bok side also low on 1st choice players in certain key positions
