The Highlanders and Chiefs get week 16 of Super Rugby under way, being the first game after the International break, and we will be watching with intrigue to see what impact the break has had on teams.
The Highlanders are one point behind the Hurricanes, who face the Crusaders tomorrow, and will be hoping to leapfrog them into the all-important sixth spot on the log. They will have to overcome the New Zealand conference leaders though, the Chiefs, before hoping for other results to go their way.
The Chiefs will aim to put to bed the race for the top spot in the New Zealand conference, as the Crusaders are hitting their straps ahead of the play-offs, and could just overtake the Chiefs over the next three weekends. The Chiefs though have been boosted by the return of Aaron Cruden, who sustained an ankle injury in the third test against Ireland, but is passed fit to face the Highlanders.
