Our Saturday rugby starts with the Crusaders hosting the Hurricanes in Christchurch, yet another game that has quite a bearing on how the final table will look at the end of the regular season.
The Crusaders have been hit with a few injuries, with the likes of Dan Carter and Kieran Read sitting out this match, but they still have a talented team that can run over any team. Wyatt Crockett will be playing in his 100th Super Rugby match, so look out for a big match from the front rower. A win for the Crusaders will keep the pressure on the Chiefs as they vie for that top spot on the New Zealand conference.
The Hurricanes started the weekend in sixth spot, meaning a play-off with the Australian conference winner, but will have to work hard over the coming weeks to keep that spot, with a likely loss against the Crusaders this morning making things much worse!

That’s not so good for us
Bye-bye Superugby 2012 for the Sharks and hope I’ll see a major change in the coaching stuff…had enough of this. Year in year out we have the players but have an unsuccessful season. If the guys at the top can’t make a decision then they should be the first to be asked to leave.
So the good news should be that Plum will be encouraged to expand his coaching experience elsewhere 😈
I can but only wish. :sigh:
