Super Rugby 2012 has finally come to an end. Now we can take a break from rugby…Okay break’s over. Teams have to get themselves ready for the first round of Currie Cup rugby as soon as this weekend. It will be interesting to see if Super Rugby players that did not get selected for the Rugby Championship (now including games against Argentina) will be given a rest for a couple of weeks.
With the Rugby Championship in mind and Springbok selection again producing a few disappointing selections, we thought we’d share our Super Rugby South African conference team of the season with you. This team is selected purely based on how many times players were selected in our team of the week, including the quarter finals and the semi finals.
