John Plumtree has been announced as the ABSA Currie Cup coach of the month for the second time this season, while young Cobus Reinach has been announced as ABSA Currie Cup player of the month.
The Sharks have enjoyed a good month, losing only their Bulls clash at Loftus, while staying unbeaten at home and beating the Cheetahs in Bloemfontein to wrap up top spot on the log.
Cobus Reinach has enjoyed a fair amount of game time in the Currie Cup so far, forcing regular starter Charl McLeod to spend some time on the bench, making the most of his four starts against Western Province, the Lions, Bulls and Griquas, scoring two tries so far this year and being announced Man of the Match in the Bulls clash.
We would like to congratulate both coach and player, keep up the great work!

well done and well deserved!!! 😀
I told you so
Congrats to the whole of Sharks rugby.
Where is the SW November Tours Superbru pool? Who is napping? 😉
Congrats Plum and Cobus! Well deserved
Congratulations Plum what a Response from the coach! from being riled and being the coach nobody wanted (I stand accused) to taking the Sharks to a SR Final and then CC Home semi! Well done coach and I am really happy to eat humble pie!!!
Welldone and Cogratulations Cobus! What a talent, so very excited hope you are starting for semis! Good luck for your Carreer with the Sharks! 🙂
Congratulations to the Sharks Rugby, this team makes us happy more times than not, hope the CC comes to Durban this year and SR in 2013!
Congrats to Reinach in particular. Thoroughly deserved. That kid is dynamite!
Congrats Plum & Cobus. O the life of a coach can change so fast: first Sharks fans wanted Plum fired less than 6 months later we love him, first lions fans loved Mitchell less than 6 months later he was fired.
