The Baby Boks, defending champions of the IRB Junior World Championship, will face a tough group to defend their title when the 2013 instalment of the junior champs takes place in France.
The Baby Boks have been drawn in Group A along with France, England and the USA. The USA match will get things started for the Boks, a slow start considering the other match of the pool will be England vs hosts France. The Boks then go on to face England before facing the hosts in the final pool match.
The New Zealand team also got a rough draw, being in the same group as Australia, Ireland and Fiji, two tough matches followed up with a brutal encounter with the islanders.
The third pool is a mixed bag consisting of Argentina, Samoa, Scotland and Wales.
The Championship will run from 5 June to 23 June.
The 2013 JWC pools are:
Pool A: South Africa, France, England, USA
Pool B: New Zealand, Ireland, Australia, Fiji
Pool C: Wales, Argentina, Scotland, Samoa

Not a bad draw for the Argies, considering the other pools.
No no, Fiji’s in a tough pool.
Ours aren’t that bad.
Bad draw ?? maybe?? to be the best you have to beat the rest, so it is the same for everyone.
@Argex (Comment 1) :
Tough match against Wales.. but you should be able to beat Scotland and Samoa
@Richard Ferguson (Comment 4) : Yeah, considering we had both Australia and France last time out! You have no idea what that performance this year did for rugby in our country. How did the draw take place? Were the teams seeded first?
So what do you guys reckon, did Dawie Theron simply run into some good luck in this year or will he be able to replicate his team’s performances in 2013?
Going to be though but let’s hope Theron and the youngsters can do it again. I think Theron and Jimmy Stonehouse are very underrated coaches. Stonehouse can be a super rugby coach and Theron the bok coach.
