The Lions have made six changes – including a new halfback pair – for their friendly against the Bulls in Soweto this weekend.
Apart from Michael Bondesio and Marnitz Boshoff replacing the Cronje twins, there are changes at lock and in the back three. The Bulls have picked a youthful side, which on e= fancies will struggle against this Lions outfit.

rob i was in durbs this week,spoke to some of the blokes there,seems like alot of the sharks players have with drawn from the impi’s,sounds like contract issue’s,also Monde could have an injury,but no confirmation on that one[knee]

@Hmmm (Comment 7) : The Chicago Lions game is off. They are involved in cross-over playoffs, whatever that means. Hopefully the Lions can replace the game with another one although nothing is listed on the Lions Rugby fixture list.
