In the absence of a JustRugby fantasy league competition, I have a solution for those that cannot go through the Super Rugby season without some form of competition.
Over on Ultimate Dream Teams, they run a similar competition but with a few rules being changed to make life just that little bit more complicated. I have set up a Sharksworld League and you are all welcome to join in.
Here are the details:

Here is a summary of some new rules you will have to get used to:
1.For those complaining about trades, here you get 85 that have to last you the entire season, but you may only make 6 trades during the week leading up to a Round. This might sound like plenty, but the next rule makes up for it.
2.You may only select three players from one Super Rugby team, blocking you from selecting the entire Sharks or Crusaders team. This does make it very exciting.
3.The last rule is the 200 point rule, which puts a ‘price’ on a player – and you are only allowed to but players for that amount, meaning that you have to do some budgeting and look at some cheaper players.
I hope this sounds as exciting as it really is, and I look forward to seeing you guys there.

I would love too but for me it’s too labour intensive. That’s what I liked about FL.
@Pokkel (Comment 1) :
Sorry man – it’s the best we can come up with at this stage.
Hopefully we can look at running the FL again later in the year..
@Richard Ferguson (Comment 2) : No worries. I sucked at it in any case.
Been part of this league for a while. I voted that they keep it how it is in terms of number of trades for the 1st 2 weeks, separates people who actually pay attention to rugby from those who just get as big names as possible in the team.
You can still get a decent amount of quality players for 200 bucks.
This is still the same pool I joined aeons ago??
@SteelShark (Comment 6) :
Yes it is – we are sitting at 11 already.. should be good.
@Richard Ferguson (Comment 7) : Does the winner get a SW trophy?
