  • Try!!! Stormers on attack, Kitshoff loses it in contact, Ebersohn boots it ahead, Taute goes back to get it but is tackled by van Zyl, Daniller recovers and from there it was 1 phase to the side of the field where Ebersohn scores in the corner! Scintilating stuff again from the Cheetahs! They cannot score ugly tries.

  • That was not a try…ball clearly lost there…
    Poor call by tv-ref…

  • Another try by JdJ!!! Ridiculous because several offsides were missed.

  • Poor call by ref again…
Sormers kicked the lose ball into a Stormers player and then picked up by a Stormer behind the ball…

Ref keeping the Stormers in the game…

  • Seems Elton has lost his kicking duties for good. Joe converts

Ball beautifully placed backwards by Fourie. 😈

  • Some of the worst referying I’ve seen…

It is soooo blatant in favor of the Stormers…match fixing is a huge possibility…

  • These overseas refs are B.A.D

Two players infront of the kicker and not retreating and then an offside when the ball was grubbered

    Ref was right there too

Should never have tried to steal the ball there, silly stuff from te-elendig.

  • @Seth101 (Comment 34) : Not sure what you’re moaning about. 2 Stormers tries shouldn’t have been awarded.

    Great stuff Cheetahs!!

  • There is a more than half decent chance that the Kings could be level with the Stormers on points by the end of the next round…

  • Comment 38, posted at 06.04.13 19:12:58 by klempie Reply

  • @Seth101 (Comment 34) :

He did not have his hands on the ball and only after 2 Cheetahs arrived he got hand on the ball…beaten by ruck…

But I agree the ref was terrible…awarded two non-tries to Cheetahs and the last penalty the Stormers got where Fourie stood up…that was crap…

Stormers should have been 15 points down…was lucky to get a losing bonus point…

  • Comment 39, posted at 06.04.13 19:14:51 by Hmmm Reply

  • 5 out of 5 for Cheetahs

  • The officiating in general has been pretty shit of late. I don’t think there’s a team in the competition that hasn’t had good reason to bitch about some really dubious decisions.

  • Super win by the Cheetahs – they deserved it.

Any sour Stormers supporter wanting to moan about the ref – your team should not have 7, possibly 10, points. So becareful what you say.

Fortunately justice was done in the end.

  • @Seth101 (Comment 18) : The props try to be as low as possible trying to move their center of gravity as low as possible meaning they will have to put less effort/ power in to staying up but can rather use that power to go forward ( don’t think rugby players always think about this but this is the reasoning behind it anyway), but some times they go to low and on impact their shoulders drop because the opposition hit you slightly from the top ( hence some refs referring to it as head and shoulders) the other thing that can happen is that the lock hit up because you are to low and your ass lifts higher than your head witch is hinging, but let me tell you this if you master the art of putting your center of gravity as low as possible with neither of the previously mentioned happening it makes a huge difference.

  • @BR (Comment 44) : Refs who knows this will some time tell props to lift their shoulders or to come higher because they can see what is going to happen

  • so the Sharks beat the Crusaders and the Cheetahs beat the Stormers for the first time since 2007. Great for both teams only sad thing is that I did not go for the Cheetahs in SB.
