  • Kanko would have been able to cover from 4 up to 13. Too bad!

  • @PTAShark (Comment 1) : Kanko might just be our best centre 😉

  • Burden can cover flank too and Lambie is a more than useful 12/15 option. JPP can also fill in at 13.

    @King Shark (Comment 2) :@PTAShark (Comment 1) : Agreed!

  • @King Shark (Comment 2) : Maybe he’ll have a chance to play there now!

    He’s apparently too thin anyway!

  • You forget about Keegan for 11 and 14. The scrum always has to wait 5 minutes for him to WAAAALK from the wing to the scrum. The only time I saw him run, was for the last pathetic kick off against the Cheetas without communicating it with his players.
    Injury of Jordaan NO LOSS at all.

  • @Stef (Comment 5) : No loss at all.

    Shame poor guy, but he hasn’t played that well all season, has he?

  • Deysel also covers 4. Lambie is a possible 12 or 15, but I wouldn’t use him there as he is an asset at flyhalf. Steyn can pretty much play from 10-15. How suitable he is to each position in his current state is a different question, but still. Jordaan can play 11 and 14 as well as those listed (not relevant anymore). Pietersen is a very good 13. Lastly, Viljoen can play on either wing as well.

  • ok – the point here was to list players in the positions that, according to my info, the Sharks actually see them in. Not every position they’ve ever played since school.
