  • i dont believe we will qualify if we dont win the conference. same with stormers if they win we also slide down. in this system you want to win your conference. so its actually good news if a SA team lose.

  • Comment 26, posted at 26.04.13 10:32:12 by DBOY Reply

  • @DBOY (Comment 26) : It doesn’t matter as long as they remain behind us in the conference. We have to win to get into the playoffs anyway, so as long as we remain ahead of whichever SA side is playing an Australasian team I will always root for the Saffers.

  • Try Aplon! Vermeulen runs off the base of the scrum 20m out and quick ruck ball gets Aplon, who runs a great line, over. Kick missed.

  • Aplon almost scores again from a kick through. Ball goes dead after Aplon and two Hurricanes defenders miss it in a great display of synchronised diving.

  • @VinChainSaw (Comment 39) : You’re missing some good rugby. Aplon with a crucial turnover after the Stormers being under the cosh and the Hurricanes now again on the attack in the Stormers 22. Stormers defensive scrum and great clearance by Pietersen.

  • Play on halfway. Steenkamp steals the Hurricanes lineout for the 2nd time. Duvenhage kicks into the Hurricanes 22. They try to run it out and knock it on. Scrum to Stormers 15m out with 3 minutes left on the clock.

  • Stormers try to run down the clock with the forward driving thing and Bekker knocks. Hurricanes scrum 15m from their tryline. Scrum goes through 90 and Stormers get the put in. Duvenhage gets it into touch and Stormers win.

    Hurricanes 16 Stormers 18 (FT)

  • Good team performance by the Stormers to win away from home. Vermeulen was the standout and Malherbe has really come of age this year.

Habana had a game to forget and v/Aswegen needs to work on his defence
