Southern Kings head coach Matt Sexton welcomes back teenage flier Sergeal Peterson this week as his team seeks to maintain their unbeaten run against Australian sides.

Petersen missed last week’s trip to Bloemfontein as the result of a groin injury, but returns to the side this week in the place of former Lions stalwart Michael Killian.

After winning their opener, against the Force in PE, the Kings did what many felt would be impossible in drawing with the Brumbies in Canberra, before beating the Rebels in Melbourne in their final tour game. With two wins and a draw from three games against Australian opposition, a win against the Tahs at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium this weekend would be the ideal icing on a truly unexpected cake for Kings supporters.

Southern Kings: 15 George Whitehead, 14 Sergeal Petersen, 13 Ronnie Cooke, 12 Andries Strauss (captain), 11 Siyanda Grey, 10 Demetri Catrakilis, 9 Shaun Venter, 8 Jacques Engelbrecht, 7 Wimpie van der Walt, 6 Cornell du Preez, 5 Rynier Bernardo, 4 Steven Sykes, 3 Kevin Buys, 2 Bandise Maku, 1 Schalk Ferreira.
Replacements: 16 Virgile Lacombe, 17 Grant Kemp, 18 David Bulbring, 19 Luke Watson, 20 Nicolas Vergallo, 21 Waylon Murray, 22 Siviwe Soyizwapi.
