As bad as we were in most facets of play we may have been able to sneak this one by just stopping the kicks on their back three. Province were no doubt the better team tonight but were over reliant on the counter-attack. If we kept ball in hand a little more we would eventually tire out their defence.
So Botes is captain ,what a joke,Sharks had no Captain & an old age pensioner playing out of position & shown up again at 8
Oh we’ll second at the half way stage, got province at home in the next round at least. Bonus points gonna be very important, that score line could have been a lot worse

Too much “Black and White and nothing else matters… Unless we lose” WP dominated the scrums, line outs and breakdown. They were a team in sync today. However we still out scored them in the second half by 19 to 10 despite losing most of our line outs and going backwards in the scrum. Denying them a bonus point and getting one for ourselves took a massive effort.
Ai, one bad game and the team is crap. Fairweather fans! Last week Charl was the hero, now he should never touch a Sharks jersey again? Botes has been an great captain, one bad game and he’s ‘too old and out of position’. I’m so glad you guys dont pick the team!
If the forwards played in the backline and the backline played as forwards the result would probably have been the same.
I hope the Sharks get a refund from Balie Swart, because our scrums went from great against the Bulls to piss poor against WP in the week he got involved.
