Having already bought all of the Bulls’ frontline stars, French clubs are turning to their second stringers, a clear sign that other South African teams’ matches are not ever broadcast in the land of cheese and garlic.
The latest player to be snapped up is Ruan Snyman. Yes, that’s right, you know him…
Ok, so for those of you who, like me, don’t have a bloody clue who Ruan Snyman is, he’s like the 5th-choice scrumhalf in Pretoria. Anyway, somehow Racing Metro have decided that they simply cannot do without this kid’s services and have paid the Bulls – wait for it – an actual transfer fee to take him off their hands. You can almost see Xander Janse van Rensburg’s smile from here…
Snyman has been released from his Bulls contract with immediate effect to join the Paris club.

😆 😆 😆
I thought he was going to Griquas ❓
@ChrisS (Comment 2) : I guess Griquas got gazumped
Does the Bulls have any players left?
@Mutley (Comment 4) : yes . PIERRE SPIES 🙂 🙂
Bulls lose another
That’s a bit premature, even if it IS true. The are only playing this weekend. 🙂
[email protected]robdylan (Comment 5) : you refering to Pierre “the ruck director” Spies ?
@KSA;
Clever!
@Rob; 😆
Racing obviously see something they like in his play. He is a strong srumhalf and would do well in that league and gain lots of experience. Not the worst move on his part. Players are very quickly realising that they can extended their careers by moving overseas quickly and thereby earning more by playing less in less harsh conditions. Believe it or not the soft wet fields are better on the joints than the hard fields in SA.
@robdylan (Comment 5) :
That was classic. 😆
